What is one successful "quick-flip" worth to you?
A quick flip allows you to flip a house without fixing it, with little-to-no money down, and no credit. The national average profit on a “quick flip” deal is $7,500.

Now, I totally understand where this question is coming from. You’ve probably heard a lot of “gurus” out there who give out empty promises and push their “get rich quick” schemes on you. So this sounding a little far-fetched is totally understandable.
But the answer to this question truly is – yes! Flipping houses with no money down and no credit is absolutely possible…and actually incredibly common. And I know that doing it with no experience might sound a little crazy, but that’s where we come in.

I get people asking me all the time, “Cody, is today’s market good for flipping houses? Isn’t the market too competitive?”
Well to be honest with you, I really don’t worry about market conditions all that much. The way I see it is, if you do your job right and you adjust your strategy to fit the market (like the way we’re going to teach you to do), people will always be looking to buy and sell real estate no matter what’s going on in the market.
I’m going to show you how to find the best discounted properties in your target market. The key word there is discounted so no matter if the market goes up or down we are always buying below the median home values. Think to yourself…what if Costco sold houses. That’s what I’m going to show you how to do and do it quickly. You’re going to be the Costco of real estate in your area and after we do a few deals everyone in town that’s looking for good deals will be coming to you to hook them up!
The answer is, of course it will. You can do this anywhere. If you live in a big city, you’re gonna have more opportunities, and if you live in a small town, you’re gonna have less competition — There are benefits to working in all different kinds of markets!
As long as you live somewhere that has houses, you can do this. Now granted, if you live alone on an island or something, it’s gonna be a little bit tougher. I mean it does help to have another house within driving distance, but even then it’s possible to do this remotely, when you have the right systems.
I personally do a lot of deals outside of my local market. Right now I’m focusing on 4 other markets outside of Arizona (where I live), so it doesn’t matter where you are located. If you want to change your life with real estate, this training will show you step by step exactly how to do it!
