Learn the art of the deal
Week one is all about learning. You’ll get everything you need to learn how to flip a house with no cash or credit. You’ll also learn how to generate leads, how to talk to the homeowner, how to put the deal together…it’s all in there.

Practice makes perfect
In week two we’ll start practicing what you’ve learned. When I first started I was a nervous wreck. It’s normal normal but we’re going to teach you how to get out there and start going through the motions so you can gain the confidence you need to get your first deal done.

Acquire your first property
We help you acquire a property with no money out of pocket. This is really my favorite part. While you might not realize it, there are countless homeowners out there who need your help. Your job is to connect them with someone who wants to buy their home.

Closing your first deal
The final week is working on closing a deal. All we need to do is help you connect a seller with a buyer, and you’re gonna keep the difference. We can’t guarantee you’ll close your first deal. However, moving forward you now have the tools, systems and knowledge to close deals. Everyone’s timeline is different.
